1. Accessibility Commitment
MBM believes that individuals with disabilities should have meaningful access to information about our services and reasonable access to the functionality offered through our website.
We seek to design, maintain, and improve our website in a manner that supports usability for individuals who may use assistive technologies, alternative input methods, screen readers, magnification tools, keyboard navigation, or other accessibility tools.
2. Accessibility Standards & Guidance
MBM strives to follow recognized accessibility practices and applicable accessibility requirements, taking into consideration guidance such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other recognized digital-accessibility principles.
Accessibility standards, technologies, and website practices continue to evolve. MBM’s accessibility efforts therefore represent an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification or guarantee that every page or third-party component will always satisfy every technical accessibility criterion.
Our goal is to provide a website that is understandable, navigable, perceivable, and usable by as many visitors as reasonably possible, including individuals using assistive technologies.
3. Accessibility Features & Practices
As part of our accessibility efforts, MBM seeks to consider practices and features such as:
- Clear and logical heading structures
- Readable text and appropriate text sizing
- Meaningful page titles
- Descriptive buttons and links
- Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate
- Color contrast intended to support readability
- Responsive website layouts
- Clearly organized content
- Consistent navigation
- Accessible form labels and instructions where supported
- Keyboard-accessible functionality where reasonably possible
- Alternatives for important multimedia content where appropriate
4. Keyboard & Navigation Accessibility
MBM seeks to support navigation without requiring exclusive use of a mouse where reasonably possible. Website menus, links, buttons, forms, and other interactive elements are intended to be configured with accessibility in mind.
Visitors who use keyboard navigation should be able to move through supported interactive elements using standard keyboard commands provided by their browser, operating system, or assistive technology.
5. Visual Accessibility
MBM seeks to use text sizes, color combinations, spacing, contrast, headings, and page layouts that support readability and visual clarity.
Visitors may also use browser or operating-system accessibility features to increase text size, zoom page content, adjust display preferences, or use other visual-assistance settings.
Because users may have different accessibility needs, no single visual configuration can address every individual preference or disability.
6. Forms & Interactive Features
MBM seeks to make website forms and interactive features understandable and usable by providing meaningful field labels, instructions, understandable buttons, and error information where reasonably supported by the website technology.
Some forms or interactive features may be operated by third-party providers. Accessibility of those components may depend in part on the accessibility practices and technology of the applicable provider.
7. Images, Video & Multimedia
Where appropriate, MBM seeks to provide alternative text for meaningful images and accessible alternatives for important multimedia content.
Decorative images may not require descriptive alternative text when they do not communicate meaningful information.
Where video or audio content is used to communicate material information, MBM may seek to provide captions, transcripts, text alternatives, or other accessible options where reasonably appropriate.
8. Mobile & Responsive Accessibility
Our website is designed to support responsive viewing across desktop computers, tablets, smartphones, and other common devices.
Accessibility may vary depending on the visitor’s device, browser, operating system, screen size, accessibility settings, and assistive technology.
9. Third-Party Services
MBM may use or link to third-party technologies such as scheduling systems, payment processors, client portals, maps, videos, social media platforms, analytics services, embedded content, or other external tools.
MBM does not control every accessibility feature, design decision, or technical implementation of independently operated third-party services.
Where reasonably possible, MBM seeks to consider accessibility when selecting and configuring third-party services used as part of our website and client experience.
If an accessibility issue originates from an independently operated third-party service, MBM may not be able to directly modify that provider’s technology. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist the visitor or identify an alternative method when appropriate.
10. Ongoing Testing & Improvements
MBM considers accessibility an ongoing process. As the website evolves, we may review pages, menus, forms, contrast, headings, images, buttons, integrations, responsive layouts, and other website components to identify accessibility improvements.
Updates to WordPress, themes, plugins, third-party integrations, or website content may occasionally affect accessibility, and MBM may make adjustments as issues are identified.
11. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some website content, documents, embedded tools, third-party integrations, or older materials may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as other portions of the website.
The existence of a temporary or technical accessibility limitation does not mean that MBM intends to exclude individuals with disabilities. We encourage visitors to contact us when an accessibility barrier prevents meaningful access to information or functionality.
12. Alternative Access & Assistance
Need Help Accessing Something?
If you experience difficulty accessing information, completing a website function, or using an online feature, MBM will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or assistance through an alternative accessible method when appropriate.
Alternative methods may include telephone assistance, email communication, accessible electronic documents, alternative appointment arrangements, or another reasonable method depending on the request and circumstances.
13. Accessibility Feedback
MBM welcomes accessibility feedback and encourages visitors to report website barriers or difficulties so that we can better understand the issue and evaluate possible improvements.
When reporting an accessibility concern, it may be helpful to provide:
- The page or website feature involved
- A description of the accessibility difficulty
- The device or browser being used, if relevant
- The assistive technology being used, if relevant
- The type of assistance or alternative format requested
- A preferred method of response
14. Protecting Sensitive Information
Please do not include Social Security numbers, W-2s, 1099s, complete tax returns, credit reports, banking credentials, identity documents, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information when reporting an accessibility concern through a general website form or ordinary email. Sensitive documents should be transmitted only through MBM’s designated Secure Client Portal or another secure method specifically authorized by MBM.
15. Changes to This Accessibility Statement
MBM may update this Accessibility Statement periodically to reflect changes in our website, technology, accessibility efforts, recognized standards, or applicable requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
This Accessibility Statement describes MBM Service Group LLC’s ongoing commitment to digital accessibility. It is not intended to represent that every page, component, third-party integration, or digital feature is free from every possible accessibility limitation at all times.
